A 5 star is not enough . I wish I can give her a 10. I was frustrated with other services and I came across her name online. I trusted the reviews but did not really expect such great service.. She is so friendly., answers all your questions and keeps you inform of the progress. I would highly recomm...end her if you need a good competent attorney. If I'm correct, Social Security Disability Attorneys are compensatated/paid by recovering overdue or initially rejected disability claims; it may be something like 25% of the overdue or initially rejected payments. On our initial meeting, I asked Attorney Kafshi this following question, but perhaps ...in different words: " Why would you help me on my initial request for Social Security Disability, when if you are successful, you may not be paid anything (or very little for a Social Security late payment), but it the first attempt fails you can expect reasonably higher compensation?" Right off, Attorney Kafshi told me that as her client, she is there to work for my benefit (on this initial request) ; that if I was perfectly satified with her initial work, even if she gained no fee, she would appreciate an honest review as that may help. Well, Attorney Kafshi was totally truthful, responsive to me and the Social Security Dept., extremely knowledgeable, always kept me informed, and always extremely polite and respectful. Attorney Kafshi was successful for me on my initial Social Security Disability request. (It's sort of a shame that my life's experiences have taught me mistrust; in this situation, trust worked out well for me.)

Having worked for/with attorneys most of my life I know some of them just want the paycheck. Not so with Sara Kafshi and her partner. I obtained her services for a Social Security Disability Case.
