I contacted the Katherine O'Brien Law firm in March, 2022. I required the middle name on my birth certificate amended to match the middle name I'd used since I was 10 years old. (It was a clerical mistake). Only then, could I qualify for the N.J. Real ID Driver's License and allowed to board... any U.S domestic flights starting in May, 2023. Her Associate, Danielle H. and her law clerk Zena handled my case in Middlesex County. Each was professional and courteous throughout the process. My middle name change was approved in June, 2022. I received my NJ Real ID Driver's License two and one half weeks later in the mail. Highly recommended.

What a please it was having Katherine help resolve me issues along with Zena. I had an expungement done yet had some final concerns and issues. Some online websites that show one backgrounds revealed my pre-expungement misdemeanors and a felony I had years ago. Katherine was on it right away and noti...fied the site. Zena also assisted and was in constant contact with me usually the same day of my question. The company was sent a letter and the negative info is gone. The internet was also “sweeped” and any lingering pre-expungement info was taken down. Best of all, I was only charged a very small fee. I would recommend Katherine and her firm if you have any expungement issues. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Where do I start been trying to get my record expunge for so long tried different lawyers either they said no they can’t help me or they didn’t sound like they knew what they was talking about. Did some google search and found Katherine O’Brien Law did some research and divided to give it a try. I di...sclose everything to left nothing out and after she advise me she will take my case and it will take 6 to 8 months to get my records expunge. So I took a leap of faith and as of 6/24/20 my records are expunge before of her and her team.
