I recommend Ms. Cartagena very highly. Her hourly rate is very reasonable, although at first I was hesitant to hire any lawyer due to their rates. However, I found that Ms. Cartagena was available when I needed her, she kept in touch with me as she needed to (no useless chatter or constant 15-minute billing), so my final payment to her wasn't over the top.
