Virginia D. Gorostiaga

Virginia D. Gorostiaga is the founder and principal attorney of Gorostiaga Law Firm, PLLC, representing individuals, families, executives, and multinational companies in complex U.S. immigration matters across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Originally from Uruguay, Virginia immigrated to the United States at age 13. That experience drives her commitment to every client navigating the immigration system. She began her legal career at one of America's top-100 law firms and holds a J.D. magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law, graduating Order of the Coif and serving on Law Review.
