Sumaira Khan

I heard of Sumaira Khan through my neighbor. Ms. Khan worked with him for six years on his case (removal/deportation defense). They told me Sumaira and her team were extraordinary in that they didn't do it for the money, but really put their heart and soul into the case and stood like pillars in prot...ecting their family through the worst nightmares. So my wife and I consulted her when we had issues regarding our green card process. They were extremely good, not only in terms of expertise, but also the way one is treated as a client. She never hurried us, took the trouble to dog deeper and would never charge us for anything extra, despite giving us a lot of time. Also, she was super responsive to calls and emails, which I have never seen in 7 years of dealing with immigration attorneys. The icing on the cake was when I approached Ms. Khan to work with my company to be our immigration attorney. While it was clearly a business opportunity, she declined only because it was not their expertise and they do not have a track record of doing the kind of visas that I require. Knowing that it is a very simple kind of visa not requiring extensive paperwork (most companies and people don't even hire attorneys for this visa and file it themselves), he could have easily taken it on and put an intern on the job, if she was interested in the monetary gain. Instead she took the time to find out which her attorney in her network does this visa and tried to referred me to them. I really appreciate this honesty and integrity, which is such a rare quality in today's cut-throat world, especially in law.
