Mr Dworkin presents himself as a very knowledgeable attorney however his follow through is down right unprofessional. Not only did he fail to do what he was hired to do from the start (i.e - file the motion with the courts); but after six weeks of no returned calls and answers to emails - I sent a f...inal email in a desperate plea demanding a response and thats when I received a reply: with no apology yet filled with excuses and legalise. I decided to stop by to feel out the situation and see if I could still work with this person (my confidence in him was out the door). At first he painted the picture as if we both left the situation in the air however at every turn there was data to suggest otherwise. And though he is more responsive in person (then again who appreciates unscheduled office visits), in the end he simply said 'listen Im just too busy; maybe you should find another attorney'. This remark would have been extremely valuable when I first sought his counsel and asked him FOUR MONTHS AGO. The timing of these legal matters is highly sensitive and I may have lost any opportunity I had to clean up this mess as a result of this. I left his office back at square one minus a lot of valuable time. While I think he is a good man it's just not fair that an attorney who would be hired to represent a client can act in such a manner. You be the judge.
