Biography
I am a public safety advocate. Our firm holds indivduals, businesses, employers, and governmental officials accountable for breaking simple safety rules that, if folowed and enforced, keep our community safe from injury or death. We have two (2) goals in any personal injury action. The first is to make our client whole again by holding the wrongdoers accountable for breaking the safety rules which caused injury or death. The second is to protect our community going forward by deterring the wrongful conduct that caused injury or death.
