I retained Dean a few years ago, paid him nearly $3000, in which he abruptly dropped me without a client for absolutely NO reason. It was a 3rd degree incident in which he had to show up to court ONE time and assured me I was 'fine'.. Contrary to Deans useless words, he wrote a letter to the court s...tating he was no longer representing me. ADDITIONALLY he NEVER advise me he received mail from the court, causing me to have an open WARRANT!!! I found this out when I returned from Europe and was told by customs I had a warrant in which I was ARRESTED and spent Christmas Eve in the county jail!! Dean has yet to man up and return any of my phone calls to explain anything!! I am still in the dark!!!

From the 1st day I called Dean to hire him he made me feel very comfortable I had a very bad motorcycle accident He ask if I could come to the office or asked if I wanted him to come to my house to meet . I said no I'd make to his office he listened to me and assured me everything would work out. We ...started the process and from day one he was available anytime I needed him if he wasn't in he would get back to me in less then 24 hrs He also gave me his cell just in case of emergency . He took me thru this process being very honest of the possibilities of what can happened he explained everything as we went thru the process together he did focus groups on my case which was very helpful every step we took he explain everything we where going to go thru and things that can and can't happened. I had a very good case we went to our settlement hearing to see what my case was worth after the hearing he explain that doesn't mean you will get that amount there are a lot of variables on lawsuits anything at anytime can happened. His only concern from day 1 was doing what I wanted and makes me happy I settled my case without court and was very happy with the outcome Dean is not an ambulance chasing lawsuit lawyer he is a very professnial lawyer that does criminal cases and civil rights in my eyes and heart he is the best I'd never use anyone else he also has a fantastic staff who are second to none Thumbs up all around
