I hired Peter Briskin for my case. Another guy has assaulted me. So my neck was injured and I needed a long time treatment during the year. Briskin took the case on a contingency basis. He was very promising at the starting point. However another side denied to settle quickly. So when there was n...o quick money, he just leaved me helpless during the pending action. He represented me both in criminal and civil matters. And waived representation from both of them. Simultaneously with the civil damages, the criminal action of assault was pending in the municipal Court. The opposite side filed a counter claim blaming me with trespassing and provocation. Immediately after that Briskin told me "everything will be ok" and then waived his representation in the Court.
