If there are zero stars I would put that instead. We did a case with Kenneth Brown in this office. He was very unprofessional, incompetent, and unorganized. He does not do what is asked of him at all. We provided evidence for the case which he did not even submit to the judge. He failed to request an... interpreter for the witness that we brought on the case. On multiple accounts, I would give him documents and when I ask him about it, he would say that he does not have it. When we would urgently need to speak to him he would always be busy at any time that we call and would not give us the information that we need. He is very forgetful about anything that would be discussed with him. Even when we are able to get him on the phone, he would speak to me about someone else’s case. All he cares about is getting his money and then not doing anything on the case.

I contacted this attorney by phone, he never takes the time to listen, and all he talks to you is about a very high amount of money per hour. can you imagine you paying an attorney 400 dollars per hour to make a letter, and it takes him 1 hour? Save your money, in NJ they have a lot of low performanc...e, and scalper lawyers, they take your money, and break your heart. Just like the song says. Its hard to find a real honest attorney, who knows how to be responsive and who has the ability to process complicated information and cases, but yet wants to get paid $450 for driving their car to court.

After paying a retainer fee, lawyer Ken Brown never communicated anything further about my upcoming summons. He stated that the retainer fee agreement would be sent after receiving payment to my email address. It was never sent. A few days later in the same week that a fee was paid, I contacted the l...aw firm in the morning and was informed that Mr. Brown was out of the office. This firm did not keep me informed. I had to go down to the court house and set up my appointment via zoom. In addition, this firm does not return calls or email once the payment is received. It's a wrap. It may be standard, but it doesn't seem very trustworthy.
