About Jacob
Biography
I practice law throughout New Jersey and New York focusing on most areas of civil litigation, and manage a successful transactional practice. I am more and more known as an experienced transactional real estate attorney and litigator, but I love most areas of civil law, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, and business law.
I am grateful to be a seasoned and successful trial attorney, and have a knack for resolving cases appropriately, and when possible, for my clients.
I am, at heart and fundamentally, a keen and perceptive listener, zealous and compassionate advocate, and strategic problem solver. I use these skills and my social skills, awareness, and. personality, to persuade planning boards, judges, juries, adversaries, and so on, as I navigate various factual and legal landscapes on behalf of my clients.
I frequently present as a panelist or moderator on various legal topics and issues at CLE events and attorney practitioner conventions.
When I’m not strategizing on a case or nerding out on various legal topics, you’ll find me singing karaoke and/or spending time with friends and family, or smoking some type of meat and enjoying a cigar.

Terrible experience. Do NOT hire.
We hired David to represent in a lawsuit and it could have gone worse. He lost a case on a real estate dispute that should’ve been a slam dunk. Have consulted other local attorneys after and even they agree.
