Kirstin Bohn

Kirstin Bohn is a civil litigation attorney focusing her practice on complex commercial, personal injury, governmental, civil rights, labor and employment, contract, and appellate law.  Since joining Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, PC in 2006, she has successfully represented counties, municipalities, public authorities and individuals in both prosecuting and defending claims.

New Jersey Monthly Magazine has named Kirstin to its list of Rising Stars® in the category of General Litigation for seven consecutive years (2010-2016).  Rising Stars are nominated by the magazine’s Super Lawyers®, the top five percent of attorneys in the state.

Before joining the firm, Kirstin served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Hector R. Velazquez, Superior Court, Hudson County Vicinage, and as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of New York, where she assisted in federal criminal prosecution of major crimes, with an emphasis on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and organized crime cases.
