Biography
Mario M. Blanch is the founding partner of Blanch Legal Firm. He is a graduate of Rutgers University as well as the Seton Hall School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor. He worked at a New Jersey law firm where he gained a reputation as a serious litigator and developed a clientele of his own. In April 2004, he opened his own law office dedicated to criminal defense, real estate, family law, and bankruptcy. Since opening his firm, Mario has handled a number of high-profile cases and hundreds of real estate closings. He has successfully tried both civil and criminal cases in both New Jersey and New York, including a case of national importance before the New Jersey Supreme Court which ended in a dismissal for his client. Mario has successfully handled hundreds of criminal cases involving charges ranging from assault to robbery, DWI, drug crimes, and more.

Won the case
Mario blanch helped us win a case where we were being forced out of home of over 20 years. He assured us that everything would be okay and we trusted him and me and my wife are glad we did. We definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who will take care of you to his best ability.

Expensive, Not Responsive and Ineffective
Takes him weeks to respond to an email. I asked Mr.Blanch to be more responsive, he hung up on me. He forgot important details of the case and the other side won. Definitely overpriced. He charged over $30,000 to represent me.

Replied last July 12, 2022I honestly cannot comprehend why someone would take the time to post a fake review. My fee structure does not call for $30,000.00 worth of legal fees. My office responds to emails and phone calls very quickly and we have mechanisms in place to prevent communication breakdowns. Unfortunately, I suspect this is some person who lost their case after I represented their spouse. You should have hired me rather than letting your ex hire me first. Had you hired me you would have had the excellent results. As an FYI, I have already commenced a "John Doe" suit and will have your IP address soon, so I can pursue my damages claim for defamation and slander.
