Biography
I am certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and I have served as a court-appointed mediator in the Superior Court of New Jersey and as a court-appointed arbitrator in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
I have been annually recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the areas of business or estate and trust litigation since 2005 and have been an AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubbell since 1985.
I have been involved in various civic and charitable endeavors during the course of my career. I have served as a member of the board of trustees of the New Jersey Center for Visual Arts and as president of the Summit Speech School. I have likewise served six year terms as a member of the board of trustees of both the Somerset Hills Adult Day Center (four years as president) and the Somerset Hills Chapter of the American Red Cross (two years as president).
