Biography
My firm has a concentration in residential real estate transactions and I’ve handled thousand of real estate purchases and sales. My firm includes two attorneys, paralegals and we add interns, during the busy summer months. I’ve learned there are two “secrets” to successful real estate transactions. The first secret to success is assembling the right team of Real Estate Professionals to guide you through the transaction. When you have a great Realtor, a great mortgage lender and a great real estate attorney on your team you have vastly improved your chances of a successful, hassle-free transaction. The second secret to success is communication. Regular on-going communication between you and your team of real estate professionals will ensure that every deadline is met and everything that needs to get done does get done. My goal is to ensure that there are no surprises. We do this through ongoing communications with our clients and with every member of the real estate team.
