Fahd Khalid Majiduddin

Fahd Majiduddin is an associate with the firm. Dr. Majiduddin’s practice focuses on patent litigation, where he has worked on cases involving a wide variety of technical fields. His litigation experience has included performing pre-suit infringement and validity analyses, drafting pleadings and motion papers, preparing detailed invalidity contentions and claim charts, expert discovery, developing claim constructions, preparing for depositions, reviewing and producing documents, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and reviewing proposed settlement agreements.

Prior to joining Lerner David, Dr. Majiduddin worked as a post-doctoral associate at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Molecular Virology and Microbiology. Dr. Majiduddin's research involved several areas including protein chemistry, enzyme kinetics, molecular biology, genomics, combinatorial chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology. After graduating from law school, Dr. Majiduddin worked as an associate with a Washington, DC-area patent boutique where he participated extensively in all aspects of fact, damages and expert discovery, and pre-trial and trial preparation. Dr. Majiduddin also worked extensively on patent application preparation and prosecution in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts.
