I hired Mr. Foltz on the recommendation of a colleague with whom I highly respected and worked with him for six months. Mr. Foltz was hired to prepare tax returns and assist with long-term estate planning. The tax return was filed incorrectly with the government returning over 10k. Additionally,... I needed to file an amended return because of several costly errors. Phone calls were not returned and deadlines missed. Had I followed his advice, we would have lost more than $200k with serious tax implications. Mr. Foltz's bill was expensive (even for a lawyer) for what he was retained to accomplish, never mind that there were major errors. Additionally, he could not provide documentation to substantiate the charges. Mr. Foltz told me to trust him. Hiring David Foltz was a disappointment and a mistake of unimaginable consequences.
