My wife and I highly recommend the law office of Roddy Bolanos. Our initial search for a competent attorney to handle my wife's immigration/application for green card, began with many random phone calls, inquiring about services and pricing. Some attorneys may charge over $200 just to speak about the... potential of working our file, which we thought was unreasonable, just to meet with us. Also some receptionists/ legal secretaries were barking orders to me over the phone, which was very pushy, rude and off putting. We definitely didn't feel comfortable with these initial points of contact. If they act like this initially, I can't imagine the actual process. Uggh, what a minefield, who can we trust, feel comfortable with, do the job and not get hosed $$? So a personal friend who also is an attorney, recommended  Roddy Bolanos, Esq. Our initial call, was with the receptionist, was very professional, warm and inviting. Having the fees explained in a detailed fashion, of which are reasonable, we appreciated her tone and communication right away. Upon our initial meeting. Karla, the legal assistant greeted us pleasantly, so far so good. William, the attorney we were assigned to, was very professional and down to earth. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, made sure we understood all the particulars in applying and we felt he cares about what he does, helping people.  With that instinct we found our attorney. We followed the instructions of William with our application, & the office was on top of the timeline and the milestones within that timeline. Karla & William were efficient and to the point, also patient with us if we forgot something in the process, which we appreciated greatly. As a result, we got my wife's approval for her green card in record time. Speaking with other friends, relatives and other attorneys, our case seemed to be expedited. (I'm sure all results vary). We were lucky! We were lucky that we chose the Law office of Roddy Bolanos! And so should you!

I hired this lawyer for my inmigration case a couple month ago, after my old lawyer failed and make so many mistake in my case.I live in NYC and I have to travel to New Jersey, the distance doesn't stop me to find a good lawyer, if this person is going to help me. His interpersonal skill, time man...agement and an effective communication help me to trust in him to handle my case profesionally. After I was waiting more than five years wiht my case, Roddy help me to solve my case in less than 7 month. He took time to review my case and aware me for all the errors and mistake the old lawyer did. I hired the services of the lawyer Roddy Bolanos and I am very satisfied with the results of his services. If I could give this place a ZERO I most certainly would. I went there because I needed to have my foreign driver license translated from Spanish to English so i could transfer it in order to get a NJ valid one but Little did I know they were NOT an authorized Interpreting Resource according to NJ mo...tor vehicle commission. Despite the fact, they chose to keep quite and overcharge me for such an easy task. So I came back next day asking for a refund expecting they would behave reasonably assuming it could’ve been a mistake on both ends and taking into consideration I had to pay twice for this service. They simply said we can’t because the job was done... like are you kidding me?

I have hired this lawyer numerous times, and I can say that each and every time I have been more than satisfied. So far he has disposed or downsized my charges to a simple fee. He also got me out of Kearny Correctional once in a timely manner. I am going to see him again today for yet another case I ...was recently charged with. I definitely recommend Rody Bolaños!
