Thomas J Kelly

Mr. Kelly has been in the private practice of law since 1982.  He has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation, concentrating in personal injury litigation, the defense of insurance coverage disputes, products liability and professional liability matters. 

Mr. Kelly is a 1976 graduate of Rutgers University and a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the Seton Hall moot court team in national competioin.  In the summer of 1980, he served as an intern for the Honorable Anne B. Thompson, Judge of the united States District Court, District of New Jersey.  In 1981, he clerked for the Honorable John C. Demos, Civil Assignment Judge of Middlesex County.

Mr. Kelly was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1981 and is a member of the Essex County, Union County and New Jersey Bar Associations.  Mr. Kelly is a member of The American Board of Trial Attorneys.  He has been invited to lecture before various professional groups.  He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
