Rebecca S. Ashkenazi

As partner at Wolfenson & Ashkenazi P.C., my current practice focuses on Real Estate matters, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (including Probate matters), as well as Guardianships. I regularly handle complex transactions and estate matters with a practical, client-centered approach, guiding individuals and families through significant financial and personal decisions. I also represents clients in guardianship proceedings and have been appointed by the Court to serve as counsel for alleged incapacitated individuals. Prior to focusing on real estate and estate planning, my practice was dedicated to representing abandoned, abused, and neglected children, as well as working on high-net-worth matrimonial matters.

I have been working with Urban Dance League, Inc. since 2013 in both a legal capacity and a board member-style role, providing guidance and direction for new ideas and opportunities. Urban Dance League not only creates a platform for dancers but also creates programs and safe spaces for children which is extremely important to me.

At Franklin and Marshall College, I was a co-founder of S.I.S.T.E.R.S (Sophisticated, Intelligent, Sisters, Teaching, Excellence, Responsibility, and Success), an organization that has been active for more than 20 years and and has grown to more than 10x its original size since its inception. S.I.S.T.E.R.S is an organization that promotes intelligence, empowerment, and unity among women.
