Naomi B Collier

Naomi B. Collier is an associate Berkowitz Lichtstein’s Trusts and Estates group. She concentrates her practice in estate planning, and estate and trust administration, with a background in elder law.  Naomi’s practice encompasses planning and administration of high-net-worth estate, probate and administration matters. Her estate practice includes the utilization of tax minimization strategies; drafting and reviewing complex wills, revocable trusts, GRATs, QPRTs, insurance trusts, and dynastic trusts; powers of attorney and health care directives.

Naomi served as law clerk to the Honorable Lois Lipton, J.S.C., Bergen Vicinage, Superior Court of New Jersey in 2002, where she also served as a mediator for the Bergen County Special Civil Part. Naomi is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and Women Lawyers in Bergen County, where she served on the Executive Board and continues to serve on various committees.
