Disappointed

Gerry is a nice man and his staff as well. I cannot recommend him because he was more focused on his fees and retainer fee structure as opposed to listening to his client and executing aggressively to address the clients concerns. It literally required me to follow up multiple times on progress and... timelines. Ultimately, costing me money with no solutions or results at all. For example, it took 3 months them 3 months to construct the letter to address the company, but that was due to my persistence. He stated he was working on it 3 times, then delegated it to someone on his staff, but by then, the timelines were missed. After following up and asking for his advice if we should proceed after missing critical timelines, he wanted to discuss revising fees and a retainer after we had solidified a fee agreement. Truly a waste of my time. The initial consultation I thought would be free, but costs $300.00. I would not recommend. He did not sound confident that he could win after I asked him about potential outcomes for my case. That was a red flag for me, but I thought an attorney's credibility would prevail vs. a focus on fees.
