Stumbling upon site I'm typing off top off my head but I do have the records to support this review and ANYONE may have copies of same. Not enough room to tell 1/2 2014 my lawyer was tried by the Board of Ethics Committee, found guilty and convicted if that's the right word when they are pun...ished after being found guilty. You see, I can't remember much of my own career in law enforcement because five years into retirement I was hit by car. I met Cindy Matheke after Board of Medical Examiners office told me there is no way a craniotomy would be performed 5 hours after CT of brain with a bleed is taken. Matheke said she would review my record and get back to me in a week or 2. She called me 2 days later and said "This is criminal!!" I was so relieved and hopeful that justice would ease the horrors of being taken prisoner with paralytic drugs and used to teach surgical residents. 2005 suit filed. 2012 I go to Toms River and personally check on my case and am told it was dismissed two years ago. I am allowed to hear the tape of that day and I hear Cindy Mathke lying to Judge Oles by telling him my accident was a hit and run and that is why the defense has no information on it. The Judge said he was sure there has to be a report on that. When asked about failure to hand over my employment records Matheke tells the judge I havent signed the consent to release instead of the fact I had been retired for 5 years before this accident and like my lawyer for the Motor Vehicle accident John Pentony said " that makes my employment records irrelevant". All agreed. I find out this court already dismissed for failure to submit discovery and after appeal reinstated this case twice before. And now dismissed again. Matheke does the appeal thing again only this time she doesn't pay the fee and when she said she had every intention of paying the fee was told that she knows it doesnt work that way and my appeal is denied. June 2010 dismissed yet she continues to promise I can speak with the experts I paid THOUSANDS for, let's me get all films put together on a disk for easier access, costing me another $1000.. Continues telephone conversations and emails, but meetings scheduled always being cancelled is why I checked on my case. Calling my complaint frivilous she Lies to the Ethics Committees Investigator Pavel that I said I was in to much pain to make the trip so she met alone with the medical experts. It was such a slam dunk of a case. Brain Surgery with medical record proof of no medical necessity like: lighted from sedation Glasgow coma score was 11. Minus 4 of perfect 15 because, as noted, an ET tube down my throat prevented speech. Blatant lies in hospital record to give the impression I was there within 10 minutes of being hurt. Police reports call came 9:30 pm, local ambulance MICU reports because of severe pain IV Versed rendered me unconscious 9:46 pm,Helicopter medics report I started moving so IV norcurron paralyzed me 10:20 pm and I was delivered to JSMC heliport 10:35 pm with my normal BP of 110/70. Hospital does not fill in IV'S started at the scene with any of the above and listed only lactose ringers IV was started.. While I do have oxygen mask (its SOP when drugs that can cause respitory depression are used) my sats are reported as 100% throughout. But the hospital reports blood pressure as 60/40, claim I am unresponsive and unable to breath on own,, The whole record is like this. For instance ALL my PT & PTT blood test are normal but they put IVC filter in claiming blood clots. That I need a feeding tube for protein calorie malnutrition is claimed when no test was done for that! Tracheostomy is done despite record showing my breathing room air a half hour during an MRI. JSMC made false diagnosis then Surgical Resident errors resulted in punctured intestine and sepsis, I got MRSA peritonitis, JSMC nearly kills me and Matheke helps them to get away with by lying and then pretending to be inept.
