Ready to help even after closer of the case.

My accident case was in 2015-16 and the settlement outcome was satisfactory. However, after 5-6 years I received a surprise bill of an outstanding from a service provider for the accident-related services provided to me. After the inquiry, Adam explained that a "Letter of Protection" was issued by hi...m to the provider who was not in-network of my insurance, which otherwise took care of expenses by claiming expenditures from the Third Party Insurance of the other party involved in the accident. Due to some reasons, the service provider took time to send the outstanding bills. However, he also informed that these types of outstandings are considered "Found Money" for most reasons and can be negotiated to settle bills. Not only he advised, he was gracious and generous enough to offer to negotiate on my behalf, 5-6 years after the case was closed. His gesture was truly appreciated. Adam went on to negotiate a lower amount and saved me money in these challenging times. A Big thanks to him.
