Attorney Adam Epstein negotiates a timely settlement despite a lack of timely cooperation from Medical Specialists

Attorney Epstein was able to negotiate the maximum settlement provided by NJ Insurance guidelines for injuries incurred after their insured driver, who ran into me head on pushing my vehicle into oncoming traffic, where I was then hit by an oncoming truck. This resulted in chest injuries and a relent...less tinnitus. The initial settlement offers were rejected, as we agreed to hold out until they returned with the maximum settlement for my case, which was negotiated and accepted shortly after the initial settlement offers. Attorney Epstein kept me informed during every step of the process. I would recommend Attorney Adam Epstein to anyone caught in the physical and emotional distress following an injury related event precipitated by carelessness of another person or Corporation.
