I have to admit that I was a bit anxious when I needed to retain an attorney for the closing of my home sale as I had negative experiences in the past with attorneys. Dave Francis met and exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable and courteous. My closing was handled with the utmost care. He even... took the time to reach out to my father who was undergoing a surgical procedure at the time of my closing. I think this speaks volumes to his character. Thank you for everything, David!

David Francis was recommended by our Realtor & at first I thought I shouldn't take recommendations I should shop for my own lawyer. after speaking with him I felt very comfortable taking the recommendation & moving forward. We were working on purchasing our first home so we were not knowledgeable abo...ut much of the process. David was there at every turn to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Ive read horror stories about buyers getting into all kinds of problems with contracts & asked a lot of questions to make sure I was following the rules & doing everything by the book. David even offered financial advise when needed about do's & dont's like dont apply for any credit during mortgage process etc. He was very helpful any time of day contacting me via text, email & or phone calls. Once the contract was wrapped up I contacted my mortgage agent about some questions & he said he spoke to my attorney & everything is worked out, Dont worry about anything but having the cash to close. Im not the type of person that likes things done behind the scenes, so I asked a ton of questions. whats going on with this or that & I always got dont worry its taken care of & the how & the why. David really went above & beyond for us & the sellers agent also had nothing but nice things to say which Im sure isn't always the case in real estate transactions. He works hard to put everyone at ease to avoid stress for everyone. Buying a home can be a stressful process so taking that stress away is a personal touch/talent of Davids they probably dont teach in law school. The closing was easier than everyone had told me. I heard for weeks how you'll be there for hours. Everything was pre prepared & the closing went quickly & smooth. No matter if your the hands on ask a lot of questions type of person or the set it & forget it type of person you won't find a better lawyer to work with. I found that he was always available when I needed him & with my night work schedule I let him know I go to bed early & never got calls waking me up in the afternoon. If something needed to get done he would send me an email letting me know so I wasn't disturbed. That was a big help.
