David did a good job for closing my house. I am a first time home buyer and did not know much about what all the details that are involed in buying a home. He gave me some helpful handout and tips to make the process smoother. Only negative comment I could say is that if there are any issues that com...e along in the homes purchase process communication between him and other parties was not the greatest. I always had to be involed to ask him to talk to people or to follow up with others.

David took care of our closing, he was very responsive and always tried to get things done in our favor. He was quick and attentive. During the closing he went over everything again. He wasn't very picky, yet got the job done the way we wanted. As always it is a negotiation, so only so much can be do...ne, but he did his best.

David delayed our closing. We ended up closing 3 weeks later. He doesn’t initiate things at all. I am surprised by so many good reviews about David. He replies to you only when its an easy answer. If you ask him a question where he would need to do some reserch and ask the other party, he would simpl...y not reply back. Its so hard to communicate with him especially when you’re nervous about things. He is just ok, nothing special.

We had a terrible experience with David Francis who was the buyer's attorney during our recent house sale. We went 3 1/2 weeks past the contract deadline, and he showed no urgency throughout the entire process. He consistently took 5+ business days to respond to each email despite MULTIPLE EMAILS day...-after-day from our side, and when responses were finally sent, they were very non-informative and lacked any actionable replies to our requests or questions. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Also this web site maybe me select "consult or hire" i want to be clear we did not hire him
