Thank you
I suffered a significant injury due to the neglect of multiple physicians. Despite the limited availability of physical therapy. I've managed to eventually regain my mobility and confidence to face the world. I without a doubt experienced a great deal of stress during my seven week trial. But, Roy never looked down on me nor did he allow me to feel as if the inept treatment of multiple physician's was my fault.
He helped me realize that caring people still exist in this world. Roy is diligent, savvy, educated, well read, understanding, patient and caring. He has always remained available to answer whatever question I may have and or available to suggest interesting articles and good books when I need to read. I'm sincerely grateful to have been represented by him and even more grateful for the multi million dollar verdict he won me. Thank you Roy you are truly one of a kind. <3

LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD!!!!!
This guy was my attorney in a medical malpractice case. A plastic surgeon cut so much skin off of my upper eyelids that I can never close my eyes again. My case was almost thrown out of court because he could not find a doctor to write the Certificate of Merit to get the case entered. I found the doctor, the surgeon that was doing multiple surgeries on my eyes to try and make them look normal. Thirty eyelid surgeries later, (9 were major) and now we are 5 years later in time, the case was about to be thrown out again because he could not find an expert witness to testify. I found the witness, the surgeon who did the 30 surgeries. In the entire 5 years he could not find (or even attempted to find) any additional doctors to testify in my case as to the suffering I was going through and as to what I would continue to go through for the rest of my life!!!!! Not one!! He did not even contact or speak to my treating Optomologist who would have been willing to testify. Many Optomologists voluntarily came forth after the case was over and it hit the news media.
The first day of my trial he added an additional charge to my case without my knowledge. It was a charge that he told me we could not use way back at the deposition stage. It's called failure to give informed consent. This case was filed with one charge and should have been tried on only that charge; the doctor deviated from the standard of care.
By adding this additional charge (failure to give informed consent) he severely weakened my case. This allowed the defense to bring in tons of garbage to confuse the issue of why this case was being heard in the first place and as to how severely I had been injured.
I could not believe how inept he was through out the trial. It was embarrassing! During a recess he jumps up and runs over to the defense attorney and asks him where did he get his tie?!! WHERE DID HE GET HIS TIE!!! Who cares! This doctor just maimed and mutilated my eyes and ruined my vision for the rest of my life, this doctor ruined my life period!!!!
I am sure by now he has hoped that I would be blind so that the truth never gets out.
My eyelids cannot be fixed with eyelid skin grafts. I have seen a number of Oculoplastic surgeons and they all say the same thing. Eyelids skin grafts would disfigure me more that I already am. And there is less than 25% chance that the surgery would be successful!!!!!! If this would work then why did my expert doctor/surgeon/witness not fix my eyelids???????
Don't jeopardize your case, find another attorney.
