Thomas Mason Crino

Since 1996 I have represented Fortune 50 companies, corporations, insurance companies and individual members of the public in personal injury and wrongful death claims, contract disputes, property damage claims, disputes involving the sale of goods and services, business disputes, life insurance claims, municipal court matters and guardianship petitions. I have extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, and pride myself on my ability to effectively communicate with my clients and represent them in a proactive, efficient and cost-effective manner.

I also serve as a volunteer Mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, Special Civil Part, and often serve as a Court appointed attorney for the mentally disabled in Guardianship proceedings.

Formerly, I served on the South Plainfield Zoning Board and the South Plainfield Environmental Commission.

I obtained a B. A. from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1993 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996 where I was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Law Journal. I am also a 2010 graduate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial College, Princeton, New Jersey.

I am admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court. My professional associations include the New Jersey Defense Association, the Guardianship Association of NJ, Inc., the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance and the Risk Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Finally, I am a licensed New Jersey Realtor and a Sales Associate with Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's International Realty which is located in Basking Ridge, NJ. I am a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Hunterdon-Somerset Association of Realtors (HSAR) and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS).
