Samantha K. Massenzio

Samantha K. Massenzio (formerly Samantha K. Boos). is an attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Ms. Massenzio exclusively concentrates her practice on matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, child support, alimony, division of assets, and guardianship of incapacitated adults.  She is also trained in collaborative divorce.  She is deeply committed to providing her clients with compassionate, knowledgeable guidance through what she knows can be an extremely difficult time in their lives.

Whether Ms. Massenzio is litigating a complex family law dispute or negotiating a settlement agreement, protecting her clients’ best interests is her top priority. She is a highly skilled advocate and creative problem solver. Her attention to detail and strategic planning gives her clients needed clarity and peace of mind from start to finish in their matter.

Ms. Massenzio also has extensive experience with real estate transactions, which is helpful in guiding her clients through any distribution of assets in a divorce or separation that may involve residential or commercial real estate. Her knowledge of Elder Law, including Wills, Trusts (including Special Needs Trusts), Estates Planning/Administration, and Medicaid Planning, are also beneficial to family law clients dealing with issues relating to those matters.

Ms. Massenzio received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law, Boston, where she participated in the Family Law Clinic as an SJC 3:03 Certified Student Attorney. She also served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.

She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar, and the New York Bar. She is presently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Passaic County Bar Association.  She is also currently the young lawyer representative for the Passaic County Bar Association.  

Samantha Massenzio resides in North Jersey and is a member of Montville Township Kiwanis Club, serving as Club Secretary and a leader in the Club’s annual delivery of Thanksgiving baskets to families in need in the Montville area. She is a longtime volunteer with DAWNcil, an independent living center that provides support to persons with disabilities. Ms. Massenzio has also volunteered with Morris County Housing Partnership, where she led seminars for first-time home buyers on what to expect from a real estate closing. She was recognized by the Housing Partnership as Volunteer of the Year in 2018.
