Robert S Snellings

Robert S. Snellings founded Snellings Law LLC in 2013 after nearly a decade of distinguished practice in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Snellings is an aggressive lawyer who is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.  He has represented a broad spectrum of clients from large publicly traded companies to small businesses and individuals.

Mr. Snellings has significant experience in representing regional and national banking institutions and commercial lenders in lawsuits seeking to enforce security retail installment contracts, promissory notes and guarantees.  He routinely handles large volumes of debt collection matters for national clients such as banks, food distributors and PR firms.  He also regularly works on litigation cases concerning real estate, landlord/tenant matters, construction liens, banking issues and other commercial disputes.  In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Snellings also has substantial experience in real estate transactions.  He has coordinated residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of purchasers, sellers and lenders in connection with the sale of houses, condominiums and cooperative apartments.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Snellings was continuously employed as a litigation attorney since graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.
