Attorney Cousins Is the BESTTTTTT

Atty. Cousins went above and beyond to help me get my son back to back to me after his “father” for lack of a better word, stole him from me during a visit. This was a multi-state situation and she not only was able to assist me here in New Jersey but helped to assist my other lawyer in Georgia. She ...was up late and up early working in my case nothing slipped through the cracks she knew EXACTLY what she was doing at every turn during my two week long three hearing hearing. Everything was filed and prepared timely nothing was ever forgotten or looked over. During the hearings, our first hearing we were given little to no notice like I’m talking a few minutes and soon as the hearing started SHE WAS ON IT. Prepared point by point you would’ve never knew we had such a short notice. That eased my mind for the reminder of my ordeal because I knew I was in good hands. I trusted whatever she said and everything she instructed to do. She always was helpful in that I wasn’t having to do all the calling and emailing and searching she was right there helping with that as well. And everything worked out thanks to her i have my son back in Atlanta safe. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been a paralegal the last 8 years so I know the work that goes on behind the scenes so I also want to mention Helen Attorney Cousins paralegal who was so patient and kind to me when I called the office a million times : ) thank you for all that you did to help as well. Thank you all so much. I’m from Jersey my family and friends are in jersey i will be recommending Attorney Cousins to all things custody related!!! She’s the best all around!!! Thank you again.

Excellent Attorney!!!

LaDonna M. Cousins, Esq., Rozin Golinder Law, LLC, was my divorce attorney and I had the best legal representation. The divorce process is upsetting, confusing and difficult but LaDonna helped me to get through everything quickly and efficiently. Whenever I emailed her and asked questions, she or h...er assistant always got back to me in a very timely manner and always explained everything very clearly. Whenever my ex-wife or her attorney were being unreasonable, LaDonna quickly made things right. Whether it concerned parental visitation or financial matters, she always looked out for my best interests (and my children’s best interests). Through this very tumultuous time, it was very reassuring to know that LaDonna was working hard for me. Best lawyer I ever met

LaDonna is one the best lawyer I ever worked with - knowledgeable, compassionate, flexible at a reasonable cost. She listened to my situation/concerns/questions patiently and I felt comfortable with her on my first meeting itself. She made the most difficult situation in my life a bit easier, even wi...th COVID constraints, my divorce was finalized within 3-4 months. LaDonna and her team were always available to help/consult and offered comprehensive options/advise on child custody/support, alimony, financial settlements and dealt with my ex’s lazy lawyer. She even managed to convince judge to grant divorce without us appearing in the court. I’m so glad that I decided to hire her to represent me in this matter. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with divorce or family related legal issues.

Highly Recommended

I recently retained LaDonna for my divorce case. It was a short term marriage, no kids and no joint property. however my earlier lawyer cost be around $10k with no progress over 6 months. I hired LaDonna to represent me in middle of March and knowing the delay on my case, she helped bring the cas...e to a conclusion by mid May (about 8 weeks). Even though no trial was involved and the divorce was reached amicably via a settlement, her attention to detail definitely is praiseworthy LaDonna is personable and intelligent and not averse to get into the details of the case be it the financials or any logistical details. She has an approachable empathetic demeanor as well The only one thing which I believe she can work on slightly, though I dont hold this against her, is the flow of communication with her, especially her staff. This can be at times difficult, understandably, when she has other court appointments. However, I feel there is some room in this area I feel she is going to be a very successful attorney and I strongly recommend her for divorce/ separation cases.
