Howard Vex has been defending the employment rights of the working men and women of New Jersey for over 25 years. In addtion to his thriving practice representing workers from all industries, Mr. Vex alsoo proudly represents numerous labor unions, inlcuing the two largest public sector unions in Northwest New Jersey.
Mr. Vex studied Labor Relations at Cornell University's prestigious School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and expanded his studes in Employment and Labor lLaw and Litigation at Rutgers Law School. Mr. Vex founded Vex Law, LLC in 2013 based on the principles of integrity and excellence and his insistence on providing his clients with the most compassionate and effective representation possible.

Fast turn around
Howard is cordial, user friendly to the client who is never sued anyone before. I gave him a detailed time line of what happened to me at my job.
