Sam Della Fera Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, debtor/creditor rights, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Della Fera represents corporate debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, secured creditors, landlords and other parties in interest in all aspects of Chapter 11 and 7 cases, and counsels debtors and creditors in restructurings and workouts outside of bankruptcy.
