Regina Waynes Joseph is an Arbitrator on the Dispute Resolution Roster of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); Certified Federal Mediator, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; Hurricane Sandy Mediator, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; Panel Member, New York City Contract Dispute Resolution Board; R. 1:40 Qualified Mediator, Roster of New Jersey Court-Approved Civil Mediators; and New York and New Jersey Super Storm Sandy Mediator. In addition, Ms. Joseph is a Condemnation Commissioner appointed, from time to time by the Superior Court of New Jersey, to fix compensation for properties taken by eminent domain.
Ms. Joseph practices law in New York and New Jersey primarily focusing on the areas of labor and employment litigation, corporate, not for profit, education, civil rights and entertainment law. She has successfully represented clients in administrative, state and federal courts in civil service employment termination appeals, employment discrimination, copyright infringement and licensing litigation, civil rights, construction award challenges and contract cases, among others.
