My roommates and I were housed in a small apartment as students attending a nearby university. The process was very smooth and quickly executed. Ms. Parmigiani handled herself both courteously and professionally and kept us in the loop every step of the way. When our landlord refused to answer the correspondence, Ms. Parmigiani discussed with us the different options that were available to us in going forward.
