Ann Succi Ordway

I hope this can help people who considering her service and make a wise decision from my experience with Ann Ordway. Please try to avoid her and look for a better attorney. You don’t get what you pay for. She is the worst attorney I ever met. All she cares is how much she can make from you. Sh...e has a very busy life … take care her kids (I remember she told me she has 10 kids and grand kids), study her PhD in Psychology (not law), teaching Psychology (not law) at night. Do you think she has extra time for you when you need her? Now, regarding her services … She didn't do anything for me … period. But she still charged me a lot. When I received my bills, I noticed that there are many charges not suppose to charge or over charges. For instance, she charged me when we met in her office. She spent half an hour talked about herself and her kids and grand kids. You know what? I have to pay for her bullshit. She also charged me each 10 min or 15 min visit for an hour, half an hour become one and half hour charges. In addition, she charged many calls that she claimed to the court or other lawyers which I don't believe she did. She also claimed met with judge and traveling time, parking fees, maybe be bathroom time too. The worst things are she can’t read attachments via email because her phone can’t support that feature. She also told me that she didn't receive some of my emails, fax or voice mails. She selects what she wants to read and hear. She has a lot of excuses. I am glad I am no longer using her. She is just wasted my time and money. I don’t think she is 100% into her business or professional enough to be an attorney.
