Sean M Lipsky

Sean Lipsky's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation including bond and lien claims, drafting and negotiating construction agreements, shareholder and partnership disputes, insurance coverage disputes and tax litigation.  He has successfully represented numerous clients at the trial level in state and federal courts in both New York and New Jersey.  Mr. Lipsky has also successfully represented numerous clients before appellate courts in both New York and New Jersey, including the New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in a number a reported decisions.

Mr. Lipsky was recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers as a a Rising Star among litigation practitioners in March 2009. 

Mr. Lipsky has trial experience before both New York and New Jersey courts.  Most recently, in the summer of 2008, Mr. Lipsky successfully tried a shareholder dispute litigation before the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court of New York, New York County, which was affirmed by the Appellate Division, Deparment in April 2010. Swenvest Corp. v. Wener, 72 A.D.3d 514 (1st Dep't 2010).

Mr. Lipsky also recently co-authored a chapter regarding New Jersey partnership law for LexisNexis' New Jersey Commercial Litigation Practice Guide.
