I know peter for a long time. He used to help me negotiate on a refund from my former lawyer in a civil litigation. He was a great negotiator and did a fine job. This time I used his service as a real estate attorney. In the past 3 months I have been in the process of buying a new house and sellin...g my old one, same time. Here are a few things I want to share with you about Peter: He is meticulous, very attentive to details. You don't have to worry about missing a thing as Peter will guild you through at every step of the process. He is professional. His knowledge in his area of expertise is extensive. After you talk to him, you will leave with an impression that this guy knows what he is doing. Now the most import part: he cares. Peter treats you as the client, not just a client. While some lawyers would only respond to you when inquired, or no response at all, or grabbing every opportunity to charge you a fee, Peter would call you, reminding you what to do next, briefing you of what he has received and how we should respond, everything. I didn't make my recommendation lightly. I've dealt with at least seven lawyers in past years on a variety of issues, you don't really have to be an legal expert to know who is good and who is not.
