Attorney review lasted a mere few hours for us, and went off without a hitch. He found us a great title company as well. The entire process literally could not have gone more smoothly, and that’s because of Peter. We hired Peter Kreiner for a buy and sell real estate transaction, and he is by far the best attorney we’ve worked with. He demo...nstrated clear expertise and was happy to push back on the other sides lawyers if they were unreasonable. Peter was also generous with his time throughout the process, always returning calls and emails promptly and reminding all parties to take action at proper times. This was a big contrast to our past real estate attorney experiences, when we would sometimes wait days for call backs and get little transparency. Above and beyond his services as a lawyer, Peter had great advice about the inspection process and recommended some excellent vendors (important in the purchase of an old townhouse). He even recommended an alternative mortgage broker who was able to get us a much better mortgage rate! I very much recommend Peter. Real estate transactions can be overwhelming and stressful, and Peter was a massive help to us the whole way.
