Smart, Professional, and Talented

I went through a terrible legal situation six months ago, even knowing that I was truly innocent of all the allegations and with great evidence only some time away from being available, I lost the case. Unfortunately my previous attorney just didn't set things up wherein my rights to present thi...s evidence would be protected. Although I continued with my existing attorney's firm in order to file the appeal, I lost more and more confidence as time went on due to a number of factors. Lack of communication, lack of knowledge of the law, and overall fumbling of my case. At this point I had to search and find the best appeals lawyer who would really dedicate themselves to my specific desire to have my evidence presented in court, which I believe would at least clear my name on the most heinous allegations if not have all legal issues against me reversed. I turned to Jeffrey Mandel and the experience has been nothing short of an amazing turnaround. He is a consummate professional, responds clearly to emails and promptly and thoroughly. He could understand my emotional state knowing that I have proof in my hands but... how to show it? It is a terrible feeling! He didn't give me false hopes but that only meant that he also looked for the best approach to get our desired result. Being in his presence you realize immediately that he is obviously bright and smart, and he thinks things through. He has been, really and truly, a huge blessing for me. I am glad I retained Mr. Mandel. After dealing with this other firm over the last few months, the difference is outstanding.
