Robert D. Kuttner was born in Irvington New Jersey, and admitted to the Bar in 1990. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport. Robert concentrates in areas of litigation including personal injury, criminal law, municipal court, matrimonial, workers compensation, landlord-tenant matters and employment law. He also handles real estate, both residential and commercial. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Essex County Bar Association. Robert has served as the former chairman of the District VA Ethics and the former vice chair of the District VA Fee Arbitration Committee.
