It means that the Court sees or believes that you previously filed and the new filing is sent to the same judge as the other filing.

I do not agree with Mr. Adams...Personal Injury claims are exempt up to 22,500. Lost wages can be exempted out. I would have the Court or Counsel...

In New Jersey, a Docketed Judgment is good for 20 years. I would always be concerned if there was a judgment against my spouse. Credit Card...

Yes, they can do it as it is internal. I would get the letter and reapply for Student Grant

If you were 16, and are now 17, your deferred disposition should be over, and it should not be an issue.
