Hate to say it, but Bankruptcy may be the way to go. Also, you can always set up payment plans with the Sherriff.

A Confession of Judgment is legal as far as I know, but you would first have a default clause which would trigger same.

You can probably add a waiver into the IEP so that the aides can place the restraint on him in the bus

I am not sure what your question is. If a person has been deemed mentally incompetent, then the court can not take a plea, but a special education...

You can include them in the filing, but the Chapter 7 (or any Chapter) will not discharge Student Loans at this time.
