When a corporation files bankruptcy , are those corporate officers still held responsible to re pay the IRS 941's liability ?

Taxes are your personal responsibilty if they are "trust fund" taxes which 941 are

NJ, Filed Chptr 7 in 07, did not reaffirm loan. 1 year later got loan modification. Did that change my bk protection?

You can get another attorney to hande the appeal, and if you win on appeal and the court orders a new trial you can hire new counsel.

They can not tell you what to pay, just the amount due, BUT they do not have to accept your plan payment. You may want to speak with a Bankruptcy...

You would need to reopen the case by a Motion to Set Aside Judgment and enter an Answer. You should get counsel involved as it gets complicated...
