Kenneth Sharperson is an attorney in the Insurance Recovery group in Anderson Kill's New Jersey office. Mr. Sharperson's practice concentrates in the area of business litigation, with an emphasis on insurance recovery exclusively on behalf of policyholders.
He also counsels clients on trademark issues including the adoption, clearance, registration, maintenance, enforcement and protection of trademarks. In addition, he counsels clients on their intellectual property portfolios and rights, domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Trial and Appeal Board, and trademark litigation. His experience also includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating intellectual property agreements, including, co-existence agreements and trademark licenses.
