Highly Recommend

When I first left my ex and filed for a restraining order, I was absolutely TERRIFIED. At the time, I was working with an attorney who didn’t return my calls for days. I couldn't ignore the gut feeling that something was off, and through a recommendation, I reached out to Gwyneth for a consultation. ... Within an hour, my whole life was on a different path. Had I stayed with my initial attorney, I would have lost my house and so much more. This would have obliterated the only shred of stability I had left for myself and my children. I also naively believed that since I finally found the courage to leave after 14+ years, the hard part was over. All I had to do was file for divorce, and move on. What I didn’t understand at the time was that the same person who had bullied me for 14+ years, in all the ways, would simply continue his abuse in the courtroom. If this sounds familiar, you'll need someone like Gwyneth on your side—someone who won’t be intimidated, who sees what’s really happening, and who knows how to stand up to it. She misses nothing. She is prepared, consistent, and strong in the courtroom. She listens. She understands. And she fights—relentlessly, intelligently and with facts. I am endlessly amazed by her attention to detail, level of organization and how she has kept a steady, consistent throughline from the onset of my case. Every case is different, but if any of this sounds familiar, Gwyneth is your woman. She has been my rock from day one, and I am eternally grateful I listened to my gut and made that call.

I would not hire this attorney

This attorney used my service to prep a client and refused to pay me - she made up excuses to have my service for free - she was very disrespectful, she had a very controlling behavior and she got upset when I, politely, asked her not to be nasty. This attorney is very unprofessional, controlling and... nasty.
