We advise and provide representation to the insureds of numerous insurance carriers, large self insureds and third party administrators as well as others engaged in risk management.  Our practice areas include Commercial General Liability, Automobile Law, Insurance Coverage, Motor Carrier and Grocer's Liability.  Our practice also includes the defense of Workers Compensation matters and the prosecution of subrogated property damage matters. 

The firm is a partnership between Charles B. Carey and John J. Grossi III, who first worked together more than 20 years ago and are certified by New Jersey Supreme Court as Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. 
Less than 2% of New Jersey's lawyers have been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as having the special skills, experience and knowledge in trial law that is required to be designated a Certified Trial Attorney. 
The certification is based on the State's review of each attorney's trial experience, recommendations of judges and of adversaries, continuing legal education and an intensive written examination. 

The staff of the law firm is comprised of an associate attorney, experienced paralegals and secretaries all of whom provide seamless integration between the courts and our clients.
