saved my license
I got caught and ticketed for driving without insurance. I thought I was dead to rights. The penalties were one year's license loss and and a $733 dollar fine, but RICHARD GOT ME OUT OF IT!!! He got the charge dismissed and I paid $189 for a much, much smaller ticket with no penalties on my licens...
