Nancy Scanlon

We used Nancy when we were purchasing an apartment in Jersey City. She was extremely unresponsive and also not diligent at all. We found all the red flags with the deal ourselves with little to no assistance from her. If we had a stronger and more diligent lawyer, I'm sure we would have decided to no...t move forward with the purchase--or at least we would have received more money back on this problematic purchase.

Nancy was great in our multifamily purchase. She was highly responsive throughout the entire process and answered all emails in a timely manner. Initially we started with a different lawyer and getting responses from them took days and did not calm any of our first time homebuyer concerns. Nancy did ...just that. She was easily reached on the phone to discuss what to expect, what we should do, and what to look out for. During attorney review she added lots of provisions that we didnt even know we needed. She made the process pretty straightforward and would recommend forthe future.

We used Nancy as our lawyer to purchase a home and were highly disappointed. I would recommend to stay away from her. She has made multiple errors on our contract which could have cost us thousands of $ if we didn't catch it on time. She has also confirmed that she cant keep track of all the emails a...nd communications( easily overwhelmed).
